Before You Book

The Drake Community Library provides meeting rooms and study rooms to meet community needs and strives to provide broad access for use by the public. These rooms are made available on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting their use.

Provision of Library meeting rooms and study rooms does not constitute an endorsement by the Library of the content of programs or the views expressed by participants.
Rooms are not available for private social events including birthday parties, retirement parties or showers.
Use of the meeting rooms must be free of charge. No admission fees may be charged, no items or services may be sold, and no fundraising, solicitation, or collection of donations may occur.

Caulkins Community Room

Minimum Capacity: 10

Maximum Capacity: 110

Tables and chairs provided with user responsible for setup and take down of room configuration.

You must be 18 or older to book this room.

The Caulkins Community Room is the only room in which food and uncovered non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.

All other rooms allow covered, non-alcoholic beverages.

Users are responsible for the clean up of any and all recycling and trash items produced during their room reservation.

Jones Board Room

The Alan and Jean Jones Board Room has 2 large tables and 12 chairs.

You must be 18 or older to book this room.

Only covered non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in this room. Food and uncovered beverages are not allowed.

Large Group Study Room

The Large Group Room has two tables and 10 chairs which can easily be reconfigured.

You must be 13 or older to book this room.

Only covered non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in this room. Food and uncovered beverages are not allowed.

Study Room 1 has one long counter and three chairs.

You must be 13 or older to book this room.

Only covered non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in this room. Food and uncovered beverages are not allowed.
