Caulkins Community Room

Multipurpose room accessible from the library lobby. Tables and chairs provided with user responsible for setup and take down of room configuration.

• Maximum capacity: 110 seated with chairs only OR 80 with tables in use by attendees.
• This room can be divided to allow for two smaller groups to use the space. Please contact the library for more information. 
• This room is available for use, including set up time, as early as 9:00am Monday-Friday, 9:30am Saturday, and 1:30pm on Sunday. Meeting may extend past library closing time but must begin before the library closes.
• Rooms may be scheduled by telephone, online, or in person. Room reservations made online are considered tentative until a confirmation email is issued. Patrons who do not receive a confirmation email are not guaranteed use of the room.
• This room can be booked by people aged 18 and older.
• The Caulkins Community Room is the only room in which food and uncovered non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Users are responsible for the clean up of any and all recycling and trash items produced during their room reservation.
