The Alan and Jean Jones Board Room has 2 large tables and 12 chairs.

  • Whiteboard, AV cart and OWL virtual meeting device are available upon request. 
  • This room is available for use during open library hours. 
  • Rooms may be scheduled by telephone, online, or in person. Room reservations made online are considered tentative until a confirmation email is issued. Patrons who do not receive a confirmation email are not guaranteed use of the room.
  • This room can be booked by people aged 18 and older.
  • Only covered non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in this room. Food and uncovered beverages are not allowed.
