Families can now enjoy the 2025–26 Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield Family Series at the Des Moines Civic Center through the Iowa Adventure Pass. This magical season features one-hour performances filled with music, storytelling, and cultural celebration—perfect for sparking imagination in young theatergoers. Don’t miss the FREE Discovery Party before each show, with music, art-making, and hands-on fun! Upcoming performances include Jazzy Ash & the Leaping Lizards on Sunday, January 25 at 4 PM and Billy Goats Gruff and Other Tales on March 6 at 6 PM. You may reserve up to 8 tickets for the performance.

The Iowa Adventure Pass Program is open to residents of Grinnell, rural Poweshiek County, and the library's contracting cities including Kellogg, Oakland Acres, and Searsboro. Library cardholders not residing in these areas can check with their local library to see if passes are offered.
